Customer and End User have read and understand their obligations under the FCRA and the penalties for requesting consumer reports under false pretenses. Customer understands that unauthorized access to consumer reports may expose them to civil and criminal liability under the FCRA punishable by fines and imprisonment.
Prior to a consumer reporting Service request, Customer or its End User will obtain the subject's consent to send legal notices electronically.
Homonimy/
Legal Network LLC does not have a solution for homonyms, that is, there are common names that can belong to several people, so LEGAL NETWORK LLC is not responsible for the existence of homonyms and does not have tools to filter or discard a homonym
Responsability
Customer understands that Legal Network LLC does not provide legal advice in providing its Service and Customer acknowledges that it does not obtain from Legal Network LLC or rely on Legal Network LLC for legal advice of any kind. The client will base its decisions on its own guidelines, policies and procedures. Any opinion LEGAL NETWORK LLC may provide shall not be considered legal advice.
Client recommends that Client consult an experienced attorney to ensure the proper acquisition and use of Legal Network LLC's reports in connection with its particular credit, due diligence or evaluation program.
LEGAL NETWORK LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under this agreement where the delay or failure results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including acts of OF AUTHORITY, labor disputes or electrical, telecommunications, or other failures of public services, earthquakes, storms or other elements of nature, or orders of government, acts of terrorism or war.
Customer
Customer acknowledges that public information is obtained from various sources. The information provided is an exact replica of the original source and cannot be guaranteed to be error free. By ordering any Service, Customer agrees that no information or content can be guaranteed to be accurate or complete in that LEGAL NETWWORK LLC only provides access to public information obtained from original sources and does not have the opportunity to Confirm all sources or detect data errors.
Customer certifies that they are not an individual listed in Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs) or similar. Customer also certifies that it is not otherwise designated on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List) or associated with companies or individuals listed on SDN List or similar
Customer certifies that this information is not used to conduct a transaction with a person or entity on the SDN List or within a sanctioned territory that would be prohibited for a US person or entity under US economic sanctions regulations. USA
Customer and its End Users release LEGAL NETWORK LLC and its members from any liability for damages of any kind, including indirect or consequential damages.
Customer and its End Users will indemnify, defend and hold harmless LEGAL NETWORK LLC from and against any claim, demand, proceeding, damage, cost, expense, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of lawsuits brought or suffered by a third. arising out of or resulting from the use or interpretation of the information
